2. Purpose of the App

Mastercoip is an educational application aimed at dental professionals that allows users to:

• Log in using an account previously created on the private platform.
• Access audiovisual educational content (training courses).
• View educational videos corresponding to courses previously purchased.

The App does not allow purchases, payments, or subscriptions within the application.

3. Personal Data Processed

The App processes only the personal data strictly necessary to enable secure access to content and to ensure the proper technical functioning and security of the App.

3.1 Data Provided by the User

• User identifier associated with the private platform account

This data is used solely to enable access to the App and manage user sessions. It is not used for advertising purposes or profiling.

3.2 Authentication Data

The App processes technical credentials and authentication tokens required to verify the user’s identity and grant access to purchased content (authentication and access control).

3.3 Technical and Device Security Data

The App may process limited technical information exclusively for security and functionality purposes, in order to prevent unauthorized access, detect fraudulent use, and ensure the integrity of the service.

Examples of technical security signals that may be processed include:

• Indicators related to the integrity of the execution environment (e.g. debugging environments).
• Detection of emulated environments where applicable.

These data:

5. Legal Basis for Processing

• Performance of a contract (providing access to purchased content and delivering the service).

6. Third-Party Content – Gumlet

Audiovisual content may be delivered using a video streaming service provided by Gumlet.

For the purpose of delivering and playing video content, Gumlet may process minimal technical data, such as:

• IP address.
• Video delivery and performance data (e.g. buffering, playback quality/bitrate).

Such data is processed solely to ensure proper content delivery, in accordance with Gumlet’s own privacy policy. AD ASTRA, SL does not use this data for advertising or tracking purposes.

If additional content protection mechanisms (e.g. DRM) are implemented in the future, additional technical data strictly necessary for that purpose may be processed. Users will be informed where required by law.

7. Data Use and Tracking

The personal data processed by the App:

• Is NOT used for advertising.
• Is NOT used for tracking as defined by Apple.
• Is NOT shared with data brokers.
• Is NOT combined with data from other apps or websites for tracking purposes.

The App follows the principle of “Data Not Used for Tracking.”

8. Data Sharing

Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except in the following cases:

• Technology providers strictly necessary to provide the service (e.g. video streaming).
